When we got together to plan BLAF, we’ve sat down and drafted the event just make sure that everyone has her/his dedicated work area. At our latest gathering Leonie, Yuki and me decided that we don’t want to change the event itself, but add value by adding services like a monthly newsletter, workshops and other things. So in general the tasks for everyone are still the same than last season:

Leonie as the Creative Executive

  • Sole point of contact for artists IMPORTANT to avoid miscommunication

  • Communication on guidelines including dispatching standard e-mail

  • Establishing the programme

  • Designing of flyer’s

  • Promotion via her own FB accounts

Marc as a technical / online PR Executive

  • Recording /streaming (maybe video depending on availability of equipment)

  • Promotion via internet podcasts / websites for promotion

  • Support with selecting the right license for the artist/ track
